As the Managing Director of Integral Ventures, O'Connor works with entrepreneurs and executives to develop strategies that create real value with their customers, employees, and investors, while making a positive difference in the world. He brings to this work twenty years of experience in strategic management, organization development, and financial valuation. A pioneer for over ten years in the development of integral perspectives on business and economics, O'Connor also holds a BA in economics from the University of Illinois, an MA in organization development from Antioch University, an MBA in strategy and finance from the University of Chicago, and a certificate in international business from London Business School. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
